Al-Jeel has built a solid reputation for its professional technical service throughout the Kingdom since the company was established.

The management has always keened to develop its service standard by hiring highly qualified technical manpower. A service structure consists of 80 engineers and technicians, most of them are graduates of reputed universities around the world.

Continuous investment on manpower is always on the run by providing technical training to all staff either in house or abroad.

Specialized Bio-medical Engineers are dedicated to support high technical medical equipment that provide quality service for all products that are represented by Al-Jeel in the Kingdom.

The company is ISO-9001 : 2008 certified as quality system that enabled us to have a quality attitude. This quality system allowed us to control our quality work flow in which customer needs were understood better, established a mechanism to exceed customer expectation and encouraged continued improvement.

Our wide spread coverage for the Kingdom through the three major branches, Riyadh, Jeddah and Khobar which include complete set-up of Technical Service Departments, trained skilled engineers, work shops and spare parts stores contributed to better customer service that is well acknowledged among our major customers.
